The hottest present debates in the Future of Work area are about AI and the impact on the employment market as the workplaces evolution, unemployment and underemployment rate, individual and household incomes, productivity and the general incomes distribution but also they refer to the adaptation and the actions to limit the climate changes caused by human actions and not the least, the human’s capacity to control the AI.
The “Future of Work” it is a very recently structured field of thinking and it is also a key international project of the Federation of the European Ergonomics Societies (FEES).
