Workplace Lab is a Romanian collaborative knowledge and research platform in the Workplace Management Area, initiated by GreenForest – office furniture & fit out company, Politehnica University from Timisoara [UPT], Romanian Workplace and Facility Management Association [ROFMA] and managed by Ergonomics & Workplace Management Society [EEGOWORK].
The main directions of activity are to manage the Facility Management Club [FM Club] meetings and to conduct the “Generations@Work” research.
FM Club aims to share knowledge and build a community in the Facility Management area and Workplace Management area.
The purpose of the “Generations@Work” research is to find solutions for the multi-generations workers integration with focus on the digital natives work integration.
